Design Engineer / Engenheiro Projetista #****Modalidade de Atuação:Híbrido sendo 4x na semana presencialLocal:Taubaté, São Paulo,Horário de Trabalho:segunda a sexta-feira, das 7h30 às 17h3**0Descrição das atividades / Responsabilidade**s:Desenvolvimento de componentes e conjuntos automotivos em plástico e sheet metal (modelamento 3D e detalhamento 2- D);Projetos de inovação e otimização de processos produtivos (injeção plástica e/ou estampari- a);Condução de discussões técnicas com clientes para alinhamento de requisitos, especificações e soluçõ- es;Análise de package, processo de produção e montagem, Tolerância Geométrica (GD&- ;T)Desenvolver superfícies com base nos inputs do cliente utilizando o Software NX e CATIA- V5;Analisar interferência estática e cinemática entre component- es;Analisar a viabilidade do processo produtivo (saídas de molde / linha de fechamento) e de montagem dos componentes e criar soluções quando necessár- io;Manter os arquivos pertinentes ao desenvolvimento organizados e atualizados conforme requisito do cliente;Requisitos:Experiência em desenvolvimento de produtos voltados ao setor automot- ivo;Domínio em modelamento 3D e detalhamento- 2D;Conhecimento avançado em CATIA V5 (obrigatór- io);Conhecimento em NX será considerado um diferenc- ial;Experiência com projetos de peças plásti- cas;Inglês intermediário (leitura e conversação técni- ca);Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas (desejável).
