**Job Description:**As a Project Control Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting regional project control initiatives and driving standardization of processes.This includes developing and harmonizing project management processes/workflows, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, actively tracking and managing key performance indicators (KPIs), working closely with the Project Management Office to manage/support contracts and projects, performing financial analysis for project managers, project management office and HQ reporting.Additionally, you will be responsible for entering/maintaining all project financial data in ERP (orders, invoicing, budgets, purchase requisitions), supporting invoicing/cash collection of project and support contracts, delivering monthly close of assigned business units by country and communicating any exceptions.Further essential responsibilities include driving lessons learned/improving efficiency, ensuring compliance to global standard process for project controls, supporting PM to align P6 project budgets to as sold in the ERP system, liaising with Central Quality function to ensure alignment of regional best practices to global Quality standards, participating in project reviews as part of leader standard work to ensure application of defined project control approach.Key Skills and Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamProven experience in project management and controlBenefits:Ongoing training and development opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative work environmentThe chance to work on high-profile projectsOthers:Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to team discussionsStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
