**Where You'll Work**: São Paulo, Brazil and or Guatemala**Security at GoTo**In today's world, "work anywhere" means "secure everywhere."We strive to deliver secure, remote workforce products and services that ensure business assets, customer, and employee data are protected.We build security & privacy by design and default, leveraging the SecDevOps methodology and nurturing a culture that enables security and privacy in everything we do.Security, meet simplicity.**Your Day to Day**:As **Information Security Analyst, Portuguese and English Speaking** you would be working on:- Learning key workflow systems including ServiceNow Security Operations Incident Response module, Splunk Enterprise, and other incident collection locations such as security shared mailboxes.- Reading and understanding the incident response plan and associated security policies.***- Owning security incidents scoped for SOC team including phishing response, malicious code detection, digital risk protection, or fraudulent activity.- Acting as a shift lead and take ownership of daily security handover sessions to ensure the next shift is updated, understands urgency and document progress towards resolving an incident.**What We're Looking For**:As **Information Security Analyst, Portuguese and English speaking** your background will look like:- 3+ years of relevant experience in the Information Security domain with advanced English skills both written and spoken (above 80%).- ** In-depth knowledge of security monitoring, incident response and conducting security investigations.**- Experience in performing digital forensics and incident response using tools such as Windows ATP, CrowdStrike, Encase, FTK, Bro, Sourcefire, etc.- Experience with Vulnerability Management tools such as Nexpose, Qualys, Nessus, etc.- Experience in handling vulnerability assessment for Windows and linux environment is a must.- Ability to automate solutions to repetitive problems/tasks using scripting languages such as Perl, Python, PowerShell or Bash.At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment.Our team of GoGetters is driven to learn, explore, connect, and collaborate, valuing the unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table.We take pride in providing our employees with comprehensive benefits, wellness programs, recognition, and opportunities for learning and development worldwide.Our commitment to creating an inclusive space for everyone, regardless of gender, identity, or background, ensures that all team members can contribute to our success and thrive personally and professionally.
