Business Operations Specialist

Role DescriptionAs a business analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of financial applications with our IT policy.This involves building plans to enforce compliance and standard user management processes for JDE and other financial applications.Evaluating SOC reports is also an essential part of this role, as it helps identify vendor and application compliance risks.Design and develop solutions using JDE, leveraging your expertise in financial ERP applications.Work with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions.Apply your knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies to drive project success.To excel in this position, you should have:A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field.Relevant experience working with technology project support.Familiarity with JDE, Trintech Cadency, Workiva, Cognos Analytics, OneStream, and Varicent.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Intermediate SQL query skills.Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations.Experience working with off-shore or remote development/support teams.We are looking for individuals who possess strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office products, especially Excel and Project.Your ability to think critically and communicate effectively will be invaluable in this role.
