In this individual contributor role, you will ensure the smooth running of infrastructure, network systems, security, and PC operation across all Dystar Brazil offices, including Sao Paulo and Apiuna.Job Responsibilities:Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation.IT Help Desk all levels all sites – all software & hardwareIT InfrastructureValuation and tests hardware and softwarePurchase IT equipmentSelection, valuation and administration IT providersBackup data protectionIT Security and antivirus administrationCommunications (telephone, mobile, network, internet access)Application server managerWindows user administrationOther IT tasks/projects assigned by Global IT GroupSupervisory Responsibilities: NoneEducation:College degree in IT/Engineering or successful completion of IT Technical degree/certificationExperience:Minimum 2 years of experience in ITMinimum 2 years of Wintel administration experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Office365 (Exchange, Share Point, Teams)Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting office network and IT infrastructure such as firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.Basic knowledge of SAP is a plusRequired Skills/Abilities:Must be able to communicate in English with the Americas Regional Headquarters in the United States and with the Global Headquarters in Singapore- Advanced to Fluent in writing and speaking.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independentlyPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 - 20 pounds at times.May be required to work on-call or long hours in case of network malfunction.This is an on-site role in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and not open for hybrid or remote work.About Us:Dy Star is a leading specialty chemical company with a heritage of more than a century in product development and innovation from the textile industry.
