Job OverviewWe are seeking a senior professional to support and operate the accounts receivable and billing modules of Oracle ERP Cloud.
You will be part of a global team, ensuring excellence in service delivery, SOX compliance, and adherence to ITIL standards.Main Responsibilities:Act in the GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules to ensure seamless financial operations.Resolve incidents and tickets within deadlines (SLA), in partnership with internal teams and suppliers to maintain high-quality service delivery.Provide support during monthly accounting closing in multiple regions (LATAM, USA, APAC) to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.Execute regression tests on quarterly updates of the Oracle Cloud SaaS environment to guarantee stability and reliability.Ensure compliance with SOX processes, documentation, and evidence for audits to maintain trust and integrity.Lead operations and continuous improvements in communication, processes, and support standards to drive growth and innovation.Participate in the definition and dissemination of best practices, in alignment with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and GitLab to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.Work with engineering and project teams to ensure successful deployments and integrations to meet business objectives.Requirements:Solid experience in Oracle ERP Cloud in the GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules is essential.Minimum of 10 years with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is required.Participation in at least 3 complete Oracle Cloud implementation projects is necessary.Familiarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and tax requirements in Brazil is advantageous.Experience with tools such as BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST) is beneficial.Accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and practices is crucial.Excellence in written and verbal communication in English is essential.Ability to lead teams of 5 to 10 people is required.Collaborative, proactive profile with an analytical mindset and results-focused approach is vital.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields is preferred.
