VIP Account Growth SpecialistWe are seeking a dedicated VIP Account Growth Specialist to lead the development and expansion of our high-value customer segment.This role will focus on nurturing strong client relationships, driving engagement initiatives, and enhancing the overall VIP experience.Key Responsibilities:Foster long-term partnerships with VIP clients through proactive outreach and tailored support.Develop and execute strategic plans to boost VIP customer retention and growth.Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement personalized incentives, promotions, and offers that drive loyalty and revenue.Analyze key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV) to inform data-driven decision-making.Required Skills & Qualifications :Proven experience in account management, preferably in the gaming industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with high-stakes clients.Broad knowledge of the sports betting and online casino market is an asset.
