Responsabilities:.
Lead AMS squads and coordinate cross-functional delivery;.
Manage critical incidents through war room operations;.
Govern backlog, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and OLAs (Operational Level Agreements);.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor enhancement evolution;.
Oversee AMS operations aligned with ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change, Release);.
Manage history points and track availability metrics;.
Skills: Governance, Squad Technical Coordinator; AMS Technical Coordinator;.
Language: Required fluent brazilian portuguese skills.
