Market Data Infrastructure Engineer PositionOur organization is seeking an experienced professional to join our market data infrastructure team, focused on managing and resolving infrastructure issues and ensuring optimal performance of real-time data services.Key responsibilities:Identify and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis while collaborating with internal and external vendors to address data issues.Provide on-call support, manage incidents, and implement problem and change management processes.Ensure accurate and timely data delivery in real-time by implementing monitoring tools to detect data anomalies.Collaborate closely with regional and global market data infrastructure teams to share knowledge, best practices, and experiences.Manage L2 alert management, including creating and updating resolutions in the knowledge base, run books, scripts, and IT rules where possible.Oversee incident lifecycle from identification to resolution, mitigating business impact in the production environment.Manage change management, including making production changes to the ticker plant like mandatory updates which includes content, software changes/upgrades that are performed by vendors or internal teams where only checkouts are necessary.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market data infrastructure.Experience with market data platforms such as Refinitiv, Bloomberg, and Direct Feed Providers.Proficient with Linux/Windows operating systems and network level tuning and editing scripts – preferred scripting language: Bash/Python.Experience with networking and connectivity skills such as multicast, routing, switches, TCP/IP.Good communication and oral/written English skills.Understanding of ITIL foundation and IT best practices.Geneos ITRS, Exegy (formerly Wombat/Vela), Market Data API, AWS ECS, AWS VPC, including VPC endpoints – preferred but not mandatory skills.What We Offer:A modern, dynamic, and future-oriented work environment.Remote work or hybrid options based on candidate preferences.Continuous development and training opportunities.A competitive salary package with additional social benefits.The opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment.
