The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing mainframe storage solutions and API integrations to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.Required Skills And ExperienceExperience designing and implementing mainframe data solutions (physical storage to data store design)Experience with mainframe modernization, particularly using tools such as CDC for data integration and transformationDevelop and manage API integrations/data sharing solutionsExperience monitoring and optimizing storage performance and capacity, particularly in enterprise or mainframe environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions with application solutionsExperience providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders in complex project environmentsExperience in data consulting, with a proven track record of delivering transformative solutionsClient-facing experience as a data engineer/consultantIn-depth understanding of analytics and data scienceExcellent English communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally across all levels of the organizationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related fieldPreferred Skills And ExperienceSkilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solvingComfortable working with statisticsBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
