If you're a commissions-driven Tech Recruiter with a killer work ethic, there couldn't be a more perfect job for youWho you'll work forRevilo is a recruitment agency that specializes in the AI- SaaS hiring space.They partner directly with early-stage, high-growth tech companies that are building cutting-edge teams from scratch.What you'll doSource, screen and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers )Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities .Use best-in-class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement.Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn ( UNCAPPED commissions )Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates.What we're looking forExcellent English communication skillsProven experience in high-volume Technical recruitingExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack.Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously.You thrive on reward: this is a commission-rich role with high earning potential.What you'll getBase salary from USD 2,*****,000/month plus uncapped commissions (top performers earn ~$2,000-$3,000/month just in commissions ).FULLY remote role — work from where you areAccess to top recruiting tools, full tech stack to let you focus on making big winsPTO, benefits and opportunity to grow quickly into a high-impact role with visibility.Startup-energy culture: fast-moving, ambitious, rewarding.
