Job Title: IT SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled IT specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, systems administration or similar roles preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, systems and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms.Support deploying and integrating new productivity and collaboration tools including project management tools and AI-driven solutions.Monitor and maintain endpoint security including antivirus, firewalls and multi-factor authentication.Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup and disaster recovery planning.Document processes, create user guides and train staff on new technologies and best practices.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems and networks for all employees.
This includes managing user accounts, permissions and access controls, as well as supporting the deployment of new productivity and collaboration tools.Requirements:Proven experience in IT support, systems administration or similar roles preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration and automation tools.Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices including MFA, VPNs, patch management and incident response.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to train and support non-technical users.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
