CDF Distributors is seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are ready to be a part of a CDF Sales team that is revolutionizing an industry.We sell commercial doors, frames, and hardware (Division 8) online, using our website and online ordering system.CDF Distributors is the online leader for purchasing commercial doors frames and hardware using our Pro Builder website.If you love consulting and calling warm and hot leads selling to businesses, and if you understand the value of using the best technology, we look forward to speaking with youWe are NOT a telemarketing company, and we DO NOT MAKE COLD CALLS.Candidate will go through a sales training course and CRM training to gain knowledge of using our systems and learning how to sell our products.Warm and Hot Leads come directly from the customers who go online and request quotes for door, frame, hardware packages, and provide their information.Responsibilities include:Making outbound warm and hot lead sales callsResponding to incoming callsEnsure a positive, high quality customer experience through all interactionsReviewing and revising customer quotesTaking/processing customer paymentsMeeting sales objectives and customer satisfaction excellenceRequired readingSkills/Experience:Experience using a CRMExcellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize workloadSales experience, preferred, in a call center setting, optimal.Clear, professional communication (verbal and written)Ability to multitask and work under pressureOur company offers a competitive salary, paid time off, and excellent benefits, including, but not limited to FREE medical coverage for our employees, dental, vision, life insurance, 401-k matching, company profit incentive bonus, and paid training.We are an equal opportunity employer.Job Type:Full-timeCompensation:$70,000- $85,000 per year ($***** per hour, plus commission)#J-*****-Ljbffr
