Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our IT team.
In this role, you will be a critical link between our business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and our technical teams, ensuring our Salesforce platform effectively supports our strategic goals and enhances our customer relationships.
You will play a key role in driving efficiency, improving data quality, and maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment.What You'll DoAs a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing our CRM capabilities:Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements, new features, and integrations.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) using standard functionalities (workflows, process builders, validation rules, custom objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards).
