Thousands of companies — from solo media buyers to global teams — rely on our infrastructure to scale, optimize spend, and grow profitably.With exciting opportunities ahead, you have the chance to drive real business outcomes and do some of the most impactful work of your career.TasksAbout This RoleWe are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to build and grow Aurora's voice and thought leadership across multiple channels - from LinkedIn and email, to social media sites, forums, blogs and landing pages.Our content drives awareness, educates potential clients, and supports everything from lead gen funnels to product launches.As a Content Marketing Manager, you will own this function end-to-end, helping us grow our reach, engage the right audiences, and develop Aurora's trust, reliability and brand presence in the ad-tech space.If you love writing, storytelling, and driving business results through content, this role is for you.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a high-impact content strategy for Aurora Group and its sub-brandsWrite and publish high-quality, engaging content for social platforms, emails, blogs, forums, Reddit and moreResearch and analyze keywords, competitors and industry trends to develop the content strategyPublish SEO-optimized content to grow organic trafficBuild and manage a content calendar aligned with launches, campaigns, and team goalsCollaborate with design to produce branded assets for posts, slides, and campaignsCreate short-form explainers, thought leadership posts, and guides to educate the marketTrack content performance and continuously optimize messaging and formatRequirementsWho You AreWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.If you meet these, we encourage you to apply.The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum Requirements3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or brand storytellingProven ability to create high-quality written content across multiple formatsStrong understanding of how content fits into a growth strategyAbility to manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environmentFluent in English (spoken and written), with a strong grasp of tone and positioningSelf-motivated and able to take initiative and ownership with minimal supervisionPreferred RequirementsExperience in a SaaS, ad tech, or performance marketing environmentFamiliarity with paid social (Meta, Google, TikTok) and ad buying terminologyExperience scripting or supporting video content (e.g. VSLs, explainers)Familiarity with SEO basics and analytics tools for content performance trackingBenefitsRemote-First at AuroraAt Aurora, we are proud to be a fully remote team with talented members working across the globe.We believe in the power of flexibility while fostering a highly collaborative environment.Our team is spread across different time zones, but we stay connected through regular virtual meetings, collaborative tools, and open communication channels.Pay and BenefitsThe salary range for the role is $1,600 – $2,500 USD per month.This range covers multiple experience levels and will be refined during the selection process based on your background, location, and qualifications.Additional BenefitsThe additional benefits for this role can include:Performance bonusesProfit share opportunities
