Thousands of companies — from solo media buyers to global teams — rely on our infrastructure to scale, optimize spend, and grow profitably.With exciting opportunities ahead, you have the chance to drive real business outcomes and do some of the most impactful work of your career.TasksAbout This RoleWe are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive client acquisition through paid media, funnel development, and full-funnel performance strategies.You'll own the design and execution of multi-channel growth campaigns — including planning ad creative, landing pages, lead magnets, and follow-up sequences — while closely tracking CAC, ROI, and other performance metrics.As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to turn strategic ideas into measurable growth.You'll play a critical role in increasing Aurora's exposure, user acquisition, and conversion efficiency.If you love building high-performing funnels, launching paid ad campaigns, and optimizing results — this role is for you.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement full-funnel lead generation strategies across Meta, Google, and other ad platformsBuild and manage landing pages, ad creatives, email sequences, and automated follow-upsLaunch and manage paid media campaigns focused on acquisition and conversionsCollaborate with content and design to produce high-performing creatives and assetsContinuously test and optimize campaign variables (audiences, angles, formats, copy)Set up tracking systems and attribution models to measure CAC, CPL, and LTVContribute to Aurora's key launches by planning integrated campaign supportAnalyze performance metrics and present insights, learnings, and next stepsRequirementsWho You AreWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.If you meet these, we encourage you to apply.The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum Requirements3+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or growthHands-on experience with ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.Ability to plan and wireframe acquisition funnels to share with the design teamStrong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key growth metricsComfortable working cross-functionally on copy, creative, and technical assetsFluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to take initiative and ownership with minimal supervisionPreferred RequirementsExperience in a SaaS, ad tech, or performance marketing environmentFamiliarity with lead magnet creation and email nurturing flowsProficiency with funnel tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, GA, Meta Pixel)Understanding of creative testing, split testing, and funnel optimization techniquesExperience with affiliate, partner, or influencer-driven growth strategiesBenefitsRemote-First at AuroraAt Aurora, we are proud to be a fully remote team with talented members working across the globe.We believe in the power of flexibility while fostering a highly collaborative environment.Our team is spread across different time zones, but we stay connected through regular virtual meetings, collaborative tools, and open communication channels.Pay and BenefitsThe salary range for the role is $2,000 – $2,800 USD per month.This range covers multiple experience levels and will be refined during the selection process based on your background, location, and qualifications.Additional BenefitsThe additional benefits for this role can include:Performance bonusesProfit share opportunities
