What are we looking for?About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced SAP IBP Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation projects.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across IBP modules, especially Demand (Forecasting) and Response (Order-based), combined with analytical skills to drive Fit/Gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing.This role requires ownership of the full project lifecycle, training key users, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the organization.Previous experience in Supply Chain or Logistics will be considered a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities· Lead SAP IBP implementation projects from requirements gathering to final delivery.· Configure and implement IBP modules with focus on Demand and Response.· Provide expertise in IBP for Supply, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.· Conduct Fit/Gap analysis, create functional designs, and oversee configuration, testing, and cutover.· Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions for key users and business teams.· Act as the subject matter expert, supporting both technical and functional stakeholders with complex IBP-related issues.Required Qualifications· Proven track record in SAP IBP solution implementations.· Strong knowledge of Supply & Demand Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Planning.· Hands-on experience with IBP solution design, configuration, and testing.· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and ownership skills.· Ability to work independently as well as within collaborative teams.· Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.· Fluency in English.Nice to Have· Previous experience in Supply Chain or Logistics environments.· Exposure to multicultural and fast-paced project contexts.Location:Curitiba, BrazilWhy build your career at Meta?We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals can work with diverse technologies, contribute to impactful projects, bring new ideas, and collaborate from anywhere in Brazil – or even globally.We are recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil by Great Place to Work and as one of the 10 fastest-growing technology companies in the country for three consecutive years, according to Anuário Informático Hoje.What are our values?We are people serving peopleWe all think and act like ownersWe are hungry for performanceWe grow and learn togetherWe pursue excellence and simplicityWe have innovation and creativity in our DNAAll people are welcome regardless of their condition, disability, ethnicity, religious belief, sexual orientation, appearance, age, or other characteristics.We want you to grow with us in a welcoming environment full of opportunities.Did you relate?Then,#ComeBeMeta
