Compliance Professional">Transforming Compliance in the Cloud: A Leader's RoleWe seek a seasoned professional to spearhead client compliance efforts, leveraging SaaS expertise and Vanta platform proficiency.This role demands strong coding fundamentals, system design capability, and a builder mindset for a startup environment.You will collaborate with agile teams comprising AI engineers, security leaders, and product managers to deliver AI-native services at startup speed.Our organization is developing an AI-centric operating system for utilities, harnessing AI at the enterprise level for customer delight, power optimization, grid health, and scalability.SOC 2 Compliance Management: Lead end-to-end process for achieving and maintaining SOC 2 compliance using Vanta's platform.Vanta Platform Utilization: Leverage Vanta's AI and automation tools to streamline compliance workflows and monitor controls.Continuous Monitoring: Implement ongoing adherence to SOC 2 requirements and other relevant frameworks.Key Requirements:Excellent English communication skills.3+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or risk management with a focus on SOC 2 compliance in a SaaS environment.Hands-on experience with Vanta or similar compliance automation platforms.About Our Organization:We are a privately held nearshore software development company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.
