About this role:We're looking for an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.This involves collaborating with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.It also requires coordinating and managing data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, as well as experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion.Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti is also preferred.Achieving the right balance between quality and efficiency will be key to success in this role, along with providing leadership and mentorship to other team members and ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.Our team thrives on collaboration, diversity, and innovation, and we offer a range of benefits to support our employees' growth and well-being.Key qualifications5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management roleStrong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration pointsExperience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferredProficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBenefitsWe offer a competitive package including health insurance, dental plan, life insurance, transportation vouchers, meal/food voucher, childcare assistance, Gympass, and more.Opportunities for professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests, are also available.Our inclusive culture promotes equity based on gender, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+, religion, race, ethnicity principles.
