Our client is a fast-growing digital agency helping construction, remodeling, and home service businesses grow through our Local Growth Engine (LGE) system — combining high-converting websites, local SEO, Google Business Profiles, Local Service Ads (LSA), and Meta ads.Our client doesn't sell fluff.They drive real jobs, leads, and growth for contractors across the U.S. Their systems are dialed, their results are proven — and now they're looking for an operator who can keep their fulfillment engine running at full speed.Role Overview:This role is ahybrid betweenProject Manager/ClickUp Expertand Fulfillment Specialist— you'll lead communication, manage timelines, andown execution on our core services, including Google Business Profile (GBP), LSA setup, and SearchAtlas SEO tasks.You'll be theheartbeat of deliveryand work closely with our designers, SEO tools, and ad systems.Key Responsibilities:Project + Account ManagementRun all project tracking inside ClickUp: templates, statuses, timelines, QAKeep 5–10 active clients on track — coordinating copy, design, SEO, and approvalsFollow up relentlessly to gather missing items from clients and internal teamMaintain clear documentation and visibility across all deliverablesClient CommunicationBe the point of contact in Slack and email for client updates and check-insSet expectations, hold timelines, and respond to blockers or issuesDeliver updates via Slack, Loom, or email to keep communication proactiveFulfillment – GBP, LSA & SearchAtlas SEOHandle full Onboarding.Google Business Profileaccess, setup, and optimizationLeadLSA setup: gather requirements, submit info, monitor status, and troubleshootExecuteSearchAtlas tasks: integrations, tasks according to SOPs, schedule deliverables, monitor progress, and QA outputsInput data into AI templates (Claude) for sitemaps, ICPs, copy, and trackingAn understanding of SEO—specifically on a project management basis—is a major plus.Experience with Search Atlas or similar SEO tools also a huge advantage.SOP + System ImprovementBuild, refine, and enforce SOPs across onboarding, LSA, SEO, and project managementMaintain ClickUp templates, Claude folders, and Google Drive systemsEnsure all tasks follow a scalable, repeatable process — and help improve it as we growClickUp ExpertBuilding end-to-end workflows, not just managing tasks, but architecting spaces, folders, and automations for agency ops (project intake, creative approvals, inbound tickets, recurring QA checklists, etc.).Setting up, customizing, and automating dashboards for real-time team performance, client progress, and KPI tracking—using custom fields, formulas, integrations, and advanced automations (Zapier, Make, webhooks, etc.), not just default views.Implementing logic-based automation (task assignments, dependencies, reminders, status changes) that eliminate manual work and enforce processes.Troubleshooting and building project templates that actually drive adherence—not "just use the default template" thinking.Requirements:Must have recent experience in managing fast-growing teams in digital agencies.Must haveadvanced ClickUp capabilityand be the single point of truth and accountability for all thingsClickUp—owner, architect, and enforcer.ProvenClickUp + Slackskills (this is your command center)Strong follow-through and communication — you stay on top of detailsExperience withGoogle LSA setup,GBP, and basicSEO workflowsAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced remote teamFluent in written English with strong documentation skillsBonus (Not Required)Experience withSearchAtlasor similar SEO platformsWebflow familiarity (for helping QA builds)Comfortable usingClaude/ChatGPTto create SOPs, briefs, or client docsPrior work in a digital agency, marketing ops, or local service businessBenefits:Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client.This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client.Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll.Your salary will directly go to you.Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client.You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.Salary :$****/monthTimezone:ESTRole type:Full-time
