Sales Manager at Qwikkit will build, lead, and scale a high-performing Inside Sales team that drives customer engagement and revenue growth across the country.This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who loves coaching, developing people, and improving processes.You'll work closely with Strategic Accounts, Regional Sales, and Operations to ensure our customers receive exceptional service, and that our Inside Sales Representatives have the tools, direction, and confidence to succeed.You'll combine sales management, coaching, and data-driven decision-making to make a lasting impact on Qwikkit's continued growth.What You'll Be DoingTeam Leadership & CoachingRecruit, onboard, and coach Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to reach peak performance.Oversee ******** onboarding plans and Qwikkit's Inside Sales Certification program.Provide daily coaching, mentoring, and feedback to strengthen communication, virtual demo, and selling skills.Create a collaborative, positive, and accountable team culture that aligns with Qwikkit's values.Manage Inside Sales performance against activity, revenue, and conversion KPIs.Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to leadership.Lead regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and call plan reviews.Ensure consistent execution of call cadences, outreach campaigns, and property engagement plans.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with the Strategic Account Team to support property-level engagement for national contracts.Partner with the Single Family Solutions Team to drive tactical-level support and prospecting.Collaborate with Regional Sales to manage smaller or lower-complexity accounts.Share customer insights and trends with the Growth and Operations teams to enhance strategy.Process Development & Continuous ImprovementDefine, document, and optimize Inside Sales processes and best practices.Leverage Salesforce and PowerBI to track performance and accountability.Improve efficiency in call targeting, customer education workflows, and sales reporting.Drive a mindset of continuous improvement and curiosity throughout the team.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications5+ years of B2B inside sales or sales management experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or multifamily.Proven success leading and scaling inside sales or account management teams.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a track record of meeting goals.CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with reporting and virtual collaboration tools.Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire performance.Personal AttributesHigh integrity, accountability, and pride in results.A team-first leader who builds trust and motivates through example.A value-driven communicator who explains the "why" behind expectations.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or OEM sales environment.Familiarity with multifamily or property management
