Position: Junior Talent SourcerSalary: USD $400 - $500 / monthWorking hours: EST day shift (8h / day)Candidates location: AnywherePlease, upload your resume in EnglishAbout the companyThis company is a fast-growing executive search firm that partners with venture-backed startups across the U.S. Their team helps high-growth companies find and hire top-tier talent for key leadership roles.They're now looking for a proactive and fast-learner Junior Talent Sourcer.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platformsBuild and manage talent pipelines for current and future rolesSend outreach messagesPartner with recruiters to align on role requirementsTrack sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRMShare market insights and suggest sourcing improvementsMust-havesExperience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn RecruiterStrong written communication skills (English)Ability to identify and engage passive talentBasic understanding of the hiring processOrganized and detail-orientedNice-to-havesExperience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)Understanding of Boolean search techniques
