About the jobWe are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer (AI and Technology) for a 6-month contract to join our global team.
In this role, you will identify and engage top talent worldwide with a strong focus on AI and technology profiles.
You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs, drive sourcing strategies, and connect with the best candidates in the market.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments.Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters.Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to promote opportunities and improve candidate engagement.Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to improve strategy.Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support talent mapping.3-5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment.Experience sourcing AI is mandatory.Knowledge of talent markets in APAC, EMEA, MENA and Americas.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong research and online sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.Familiarity with ATS tools e.g. Recruitee.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities.Proactive, resourceful, and data-driven in approach.Important information for candidatesApply only through official channels.
