Job TitleWe are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Product Lead to oversee the development and maintenance of pharmacovigilance systems and workflows.This is a key role that combines product ownership responsibilities with deep domain expertise in pharmacovigilance, regulatory compliance, and technology.Main Responsibilities:Product Ownership & Roadmap:Oversight of end-to-end product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business priorities and strategies.Ensuring platform maintenance, rebuilding, and tech stack upgrades meet evolving business needs.Staying updated on the latest pharmacovigilance and product technology trends.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaboration with Business, Infrastructure, and Leadership teams to plan and manage product releases, downtime, incidents, and upgrades.Serving as the key liaison across regulatory, clinical operations, QA, and IT functions.System Integration & Compliance:Oversight of safety system integrations ensuring accurate data flow and reporting.Ensuring compliance documentation meets global regulatory standards.Monitoring, Debugging & Quality:Performing monitoring and debugging for system issues such as unprocessed cases, reconciliation gaps, and data discrepancies.Reviewing system access for issue resolution.Analysis & Documentation:Gathering and analyzing requirements for PV systems and workflows.Documenting processes, data flows, and system functionalities related to adverse event reporting.Supporting validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a regulated environment.Proven knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory requirements.Hands-on experience with PV safety systems such as Argus, ArisG, Veeva Vault Safety.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Tools and TechnologiesPV systems: Argus, ArisG, Veeva Vault Safety.
