Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales efforts in North and South America.The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience working in a similar capacity, a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and experience in the dairy industry.The job involves developing new markets and customers, creating short and long-term sales plans, reviewing operational records, monitoring customer preferences, identifying sales strategy, and evaluating financial aspects of product development.The successful candidate will be able to create their own infrastructure, establish systems and processes, analyze trends, and develop pricing strategies.They will also oversee local and regional sales staff, manage international sales managers, and direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of sales staff.Key Responsibilities:Gather data on competitors, analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distributionDevising methods for collecting data, and measuring customer and employee satisfactionDeveloping and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market shareRequirements:Strong leadership skills with ability to lead peopleExcellent communication skillsExperience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dairy industryBachelor's degree in business administration or a related fieldWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work with a dynamic teamCompetitive salary and benefits packageProfessional growth and development opportunities
