Position Summary:The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the leadership and successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with Trendsetter's strategic objectives, client expectations, and internal performance targets.Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, the PM ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within scope, schedule, and budget.
The role also includes internal coordination of multidisciplinary resources across engineering, operations, and commercial functions.Beyond project delivery, the PM may be required to support strategically and tactically across areas such as engineering, technical consulting, operational support, and marketing/sales initiatives.
This includes participation in technical training, drills, workshops, and client interface meetings.This position is based at Trendsetter's facility inMacaé, RJ, and involves domestic and occasional international travel.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects, from planning to closeout, ensuring contractual, safety, quality, and financial objectives are metDefine project execution strategies, develop schedules, and manage budgets and resources accordinglyServe as the primary interface with clients on all technical and equipment matters, ensuring alignment between client requirements and internal delivery teamsMonitor and manage project schedules, identifying critical path activities and implementing mitigation strategies as neededFacilitate effective internal and external communication, promoting collaboration across teams and stakeholdersPromote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team and broader organizationCoordinate and lead project reviews, status updates, and forecasting, including cost, schedule, cash flow, and marginEnsure compliance with Trendsetter's QHSE standards, and project governance proceduresLead resolution of project challenges, including scope changes, technical issues, and schedule deviations through structured change management processesCapture and apply lessons learned to drive improvements in project delivery and overall performanceRemain informed of industry developments, including changes in regulations, standards, and technology impacting subsea production system, well intervention, and emergency responseContribute to ongoing development and optimization of Trendsetter's tools, processes, and service offeringsPerform other related duties as assigned by management including support of multiple Trendsetter product linesQualifications:Education and Training:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business Administration preferred.Fluent inPortuguese and English(written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
Experience:Minimum 8 years of experience in subsea production and/or well intervention systems.Minimum 5 years in a formal Project Management role.Strong engineering background preferred; experience with pressure-containing subsea equipment is a plusHands-on experience with offshore operations is essentialPersonal Attributes:Proven leadership and strong professional integrity.Excellence in communication, interpersonal relationships, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.Proactive mindset, sound decision-making, and effective delegation skills.Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
