We value talent, promote continuous learning, and offer real challenges that drive personal and professional growth in a global and innovative environment.We're looking for a passionate analyst to help the team set up experiments and validate growth and marketing hypotheses in a fast-paced growth team in Brazil EdTech market.What you will doGrowthIdentify growth opportunities through data analysisMonitor conversion funnels from impression to enrollment completionExecute A/B testing and analyze marketing experimentsTrack qualified lead generation metrics (MQLs and SQLs)Analyze user behavior and build end-to-end reporting to track itMap customer journey and identify optimization opportunitiesMarketingConduct cohort analysis for different marketing segmentsAnalyze performance across channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing)Create attribution models to understand channel impactHelp marketing and sales departments to sync by clarifying pyramid of metricsSupport remarketing and nurturing strategies with data-driven insightsCreate visualizations for ROI, ROAS, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value)Present actionable insights for budget and strategy optimizationDevelop and maintain daily marketing campaign dashboards using TableauRequirements3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, specifically in Marketing, Growth or Product fieldsAdvanced EnglishExpertise in Tableau (dashboard creation, calculated fields, parameters, actions)Proficiency in SQL or Python for marketing data extraction and manipulationFamiliarity with marketing automation tools (RD Station, HubSpot or Salesforce)Knowledge of digital campaign analysis and performance metricsWhat we offer100% remote work, with flexibility and work-life balancePaid time off (vacation and national holidays)Opportunity to make a real, direct impact on the company\'s results by actively contributing to our growthA diverse, global team with people based in the U.S., Latin America, Brazil, Serbia, Georgia, and more than 10 other countries
