Keeta is the international subsidiary of Meituan , one of the world's largest tech and delivery ecosystems, with a bold mission: help people eat better and live better.With that vision in mind, we're expanding globally and getting ready to launch our app in Brazil and we're looking for extraordinary people to join us on this journey of growth and innovation.????About the Role ????We're looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join our Merchant Operation Strategy team, focusing on Stacked Orders Optimization .In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and implementing strategies that enhance delivery efficiency, improve merchant experience, and strengthen overall operational performance.If you're passionate about solving complex problems, using data to drive impact, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment this opportunity is for youWhat You'll Do:Develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery efficiency of stacked orders ; Evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and make data-driven adjustments;Continuously monitor performance and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements within stacked orders;Evaluate user feedback, conduct research, and integrate insights to enhance the experience of customers, merchants, and riders ; Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and Customer Support teams;Work directly with merchants and riders to understand their challenges and needs;Develop Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to translate operational needs and market opportunities; Ensure market requirements are comprehensive and aligned with business goals;Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, training materials, and product guides to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.What We're Looking For:Availability to work on-site in São Paulo ; Fluency in English ; Proven experience in Product Operations or related fields; Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as SQL ; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally;Previous experience in the food & beverage or delivery industry is a plus; Experience in project management and familiarity with PMO processes ; Ability to create and manage detailed Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) with stakeholders.What You'll Find Here ????A multicultural and dynamic environment with international exposure;Freedom to propose and test new ideas that drive real impact;A culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning;Opportunities to grow your career with one of the fastest-expanding tech companies in the world.Benefits ????Meal and food allowance (Caju Card);Transportation allowance;Health and dental plan;Life insurance;Childcare assistance.How to Apply ????If this sounds like you, apply here on Linked In and make sure to include your English resume .By applying, your information will be stored securely and may be shared with Keeta and its global affiliates.#Keeta #Eat Better Live Better
