Somos uma multinacional líder em infraestrutura de telecomunicações na América Latina, com foco na construção de torres (built-to-suit), DAS (Distributed Antenna System), small cells, assim como vários projetos especiais de infraestrutura neutra.Estamos em busca de um(a) Jr. Business Operations Analyst Local: São Paulo - Brasil (modelo hiíbrido 3x2). Essa posição tem papel fundamental no suporte à governança operacional, análise de performance e melhoria contínua dos processos internos da companhia.Sobre a área:A área de Business Operations conecta as principais áreas operacionais da empresa, garantindo fluidez do ciclo de entrega, visibilidade de performance e governança end-to-end.O(a) Analista Jr. atuará apoiando análises, processos e indicadores essenciais para a tomada de decisão estratégica.Responsabilidades:Acompanhar indicadores de performance financeira e operacional;Apoiar diagnósticos de eficiência, identificando gargalos e oportunidades de otimização;Conduzir análises de dados para identificar padrões, desvios e causas raiz;Apoiar iniciativas de revisão de processos, fluxos e responsabilidades;Desenvolver relatórios, dashboards e materiais executivos com consolidação de dados e insights;Garantir a qualidade e consistência dos dados utilizados para tomada de decisão;Dar suporte à governança das rotinas operacionais cross-functional;Apoiar análises ad hoc e estudos estratégicos para decisões de negócio.Formação Acadêmica:Superior Completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlacionadas.Experiência Profissional:Análise de dados.Processos.Gestão de projetos.Finanças corporativas e análises financeiras.Competências Necessárias:Pensamento analítico e estruturado, com atenção aos detalhes.Boa comunicação e habilidade para lidar com múltiplos stakeholders.Proatividade, curiosidade e atitude investigativa.Organização, gestão de prioridades e senso de responsabilidade.Capacidade de trabalhar de forma transversal, conectando equipes de diferentes áreas.Ferramentas e Sistemas:Excel, Power Point e Power BI.Diferenciais: Salesforce, SQL, Power Automate ou ferramentas de automação.Idiomas:Inglês avançado é necessário.Espanhol avançado será um diferencial.
