The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for Senior Business Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.Mandatory Skills:5+ years' experience as a Product Analyst.Proven knowledge of product and industry best practices.Strong technical written and verbal English; comfortable with technical documentation.Strong problem-solving and judgment; solid understanding of customer journeys and customer experience.Intermediate SQL for ad-hoc queries and data analysis.Experience managing product backlogs and release plans; tracking team metrics and removing blockers.Proficient with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).Experience with large BPM solutions and business/process modeling.Deep understanding of business processes and high-quality digital product delivery.Demonstrated leadership influencing cross-functional, self-organizing teams.Comfortable working in complex, diverse and fast-changing environments; adapts quickly to evolving priorities.Able to deliver high-quality work during uncertainty and ambiguity.Advocates and fosters a data-driven culture focused on measurable outcomes and business agility.Willingness to challenge assumptions and contribute constructive, innovative ideas.
