Overview WELCOME TO SITAAt SITA, we keep airports moving, airlines flying smoothly, and borders open.Our technology and communication innovations power the success of the global air travel industry.Youll find us in 95% of international airports, working closely with over 2,500 transportation and government clients.Each partnership brings unique challenges, and we thrive on delivering fresh solutions and cutting-edge tech to keep operations running like clockwork.We dont just move the world forwardwere proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work® by our employees and certified in most of our growing locations.Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.Are you ready to love your job?The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISHABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMThe Contracts Manager will be responsible for the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, performance monitoring and renewal or termination in support of business objectives and business growth.Responsible for delivering and implementing the full range of contract activities following contract management best practices policy and process throughout the organisation in support of standard, tailored, or complex bids during pre-sales and post-sales phases.WHAT YOU WILL DOPrepare, draft, review, and negotiate both SITA and non-SITA contracts (including commercial agreements and NDAs), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Support the legal and bid departments in identifying, assessing, and managing contractual risks, including documents that deviate from standard SITA policies and procedures.Oversee the entire contract lifecycle and serve as the main point of contact for all contractual matters, liaising with internal departments (legal, finance, sales, etc.) and external parties to resolve issues and ensure mutual understanding of contract terms.Track key contract milestones, obligations, and deadlines, and manage the process for contract amendments, modifications, and renewals.Support on maintaining contract databases to ensure data is accurate, including the profiling and audit of contracts and handling administrative tasks (signature process, scanning of contracts, archiving, etc.)Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on contract status, performance, and risk assessments.Qualifications WHO YOU AREBachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field.Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in contract management within the Telecommunications or IT sector and proven ability to structure, review, negotiate, and manage complex contracts.Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English (spoken and written).Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, negotiation, conflict resolution and legal terminology.Legal background is a bonus, but not required.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Salesforce reporting tools, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized with strong time-management skills.Ability to follow corporate policies and procedures.Experience in Public Procurement is desirable, but not mandatory.WHAT WE OFFERSITAs workplace is all about diversity, many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce.We collaborate in our impressive offices, embracing a hybrid work format.As part of our global benefits, we offer: Employee Wellbeing: Benefit from the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by SITA, a yearly free service offering practical advice in various aspects of your life.Professional Development: Enhance your skills with our training platforms, inclusive of LinkedIn LearningCompetitive Benefits: Access competitive benefits tailored to the local market and your employment status.Equal Employment Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled.SITA is an equal employment opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against based on disability
