About Our Tax TeamWe deliver tax planning, reporting and risk management solutions, collaborating with other departments to drive efficiencies.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Brazilian tax legislation, excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning, ensuring adherence to current legislation and optimization of the tax burden;Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, etc.Maintain tax compliance processes and work closely with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met.Manage and respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, including coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.Analyze changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Law.Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred.Significant experience in indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning;Knowledge of Tax reform;Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills with diverse stakeholders;
