Job Title:Develop, execute and maintain high-performance SaaS solutions for global enterprise clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve production & non-production issues within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Assess the severity of customer-impacting issues and respond accordingly.Analyze system logs to resolve production issues and restore services.Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommendations for production issues to prevent recurrence.Regularly communicate incident/request status to impacted teams.Deploy, monitor & troubleshoot new software versions in production & non-production environments.Identify trends in reported issues, report them and suggest possible solutions.Design processes to eliminate manual tasks in the team.Require strong communication skills - both written and verbal.Must be able to work under pressure with flexible work arrangements.Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to provide continuous support.Requirements:5+ years of hands-on operating system and infrastructure support experience.Operating Systems - Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon), WindowsExperience with cloud administration (AWS, OCI)Knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, GIT, AnsibleShould have skills with Bash/Perl, Shell, Python, Groovy.Knowledge and understanding of AWS, networks, file shares, SFTP/AS2/MFT, NFS, backupsKnowledge of containerization technologies and management toolsKnowledge & Experience on JIRA, Confluence.Monitoring tools – Zabbix, LightRun etc.Nice to Have:AWS cloud platform certification is highly desirable.Experience with Agile methodologies such as scrum or KanbanExperience working with Oracle and/or other RDBMS and data load/import/export.Understanding of Hadoop/Spark clusters and jobs monitoringIBM WebSphere and WebLogic etc.Elastic Search, EMR, KibanaExperience in supporting Informatica and LookerLocation: Curitiba, BR
