Building a Data Collection Pipeline on AWSWe are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team.Our goal is to create an unparalleled data collection pipeline on AWS, leveraging serverless architecture and cutting-edge technologies.The customer-facing part of the solution is a web application built with Typescript and GraphQL, deployed on AWS.Most of our code runs as AWS's Lambdas, managed by Terraform.We are looking for someone who can ensure the quality of our data processing pipeline, create and review processes for speed and cost efficiency, and optimize our product for continuous scalability.Responsibilities:Ensure the quality of our data processing pipeline.Create and review processes for speed and cost efficiency.Ensure seamless integration of all steps in our data pipeline.Optimize our product for continuous scalability.Deliver ongoing process improvement.Collaborate with frontend engineers, CTO, and principal software engineer.Meet aggressive development timelines.Own complex tasks from concept to completion, ensuring high standards under pressure.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.At least 5 years of experience in backend software engineering.Experience with Typescript for backend development.Familiarity with other programming languages like Python, Java, C++.Business proficiency in English.Meticulous attention to detail.Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.Startup mentality.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A strong history of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.About Us:We foster innovation and problem-solving while keeping user needs in mind.We let the quality of our product speak for itself, raising the bar on quality continuously.
