Customer Success Team Lead We strive for customer success by offering comprehensive support to clients following their purchase of our solutions.Our team remains proactive in adapting to changing threats and technologies to achieve our objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage the expertise of a team of Customer Success Engineers to drive client success with our PANW portfolio.Inspire the team to develop in-depth knowledge of indicators of success, using data-driven insights and analytical capabilities to inform enhancements and improvements.Collaborate closely with client CISOs, security architects, security engineers, and development operations teams within mid-to-large enterprises.Prior RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Services Delivery, Professional Services, or Consulting.At least 3 years of experience in people management roles.Demonstrated consulting and project management skills, with proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients.Benefits of This RoleThis position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients and contribute to driving business success.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and possess strong leadership skills, this role may be an excellent fit for you.
