**Customer Success Operations Analyst (Junior)**

**Job Overview**
Our customers are the heart of our business, as is the role of the CS Team.
The Customer Success Operations Analyst mission is to drive the
effectiveness and efficiency of our Customer Success team. You will be
responsible for defining customer success goals, strategies, and tactics and
process implementation scalable.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Customer Service, Support or Success;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint;
- Advanced English is a must;
- Intermediary Spanish;
- Analytical and data-oriented capacity;
- Experience as a user of BI tools (Power BI);
- Ability to transform complex problems into manageable and simplified components, thinking about applicable and sustainable solutions;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organization skills;
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
- Autonomy, attitude, thought and care for the whole;
- Analytical skills combined with creativity

Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Autônomo / PJ

Salário: a partir de R$2.000,00 por mês

- De segunda à sexta-feira
- Turno de 8 horas

Local do trabalho: Remoto híbrido para Curitiba - PR 80010-100
