Sao PauloProject Management ServicesYOUR OPPORTUNITYThe Project Manager Services acts as the local technical Project Manager to manage and execute all Services project activities with a focus on equipment improvements (options, upgrades) as well as equipment and line conversions linked to new primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.YOUR MISSIONTranslate customer needs, develop,present, and execute Services projects Evaluate technical feasibility andtechnical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support at SupplyChain and PM&D Is an "integrator" on the Servicesproject incl.the additional scope of upgrades on the rest of the packagingline Propose additional ServicesProducts when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction Ensure the technical feasibilityof deals; Responsible for the Quality -Cost(Budget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projects from Pre contracting to CAV Manage project crisis and plan fora course of action in conjunction with all project actors; Support Services team in sales,proposals, and presentations as needed, Provide accurate, up-to-dateproject information to ensure reporting is properly completed Manage coordination of on-sitetechnicians Manage Health Safety Environment& Security (HSE&S) coordination plan PM&D = Product Mgt & DevelopmentYOUR PROFILEEducation Qualifications - BachelorDegree or equivalent Language Requirements - English - Otherlanguages (depending upon region covered) a plus, French, Italian Professional Qualifications andExperience - 5+years experience in project management with strong technical expertise - Experiencedin complete lines (new or already installed), complex machine improvements orupgrades Sidel equipment and/or Services Portfolio - Abilityto read and interpret Engineering document such as operating and maintenanceinstructions, assembly dwg - Knowledgeof MS Office, Project, and SAP a plus Key Leadership Behaviour (pls seedetails in tab "Key Leadership Behaviour - Drivefor Results - DirectingOthers - PrioritySetting - ProblemSolving - ConflictManagement - Customeroriented - Peerrelationship By applying to this vacancy, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data included in the job application.
