HR Manager provides full-cycle human resources leadership to Amazons specialty lines of business.
This position will support the Operations Team including Amazon Logistics, Transportation and Fulfillment.Key job responsibilitiesCollaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategiesProvide strategic guidance on:Organizational designWorkforce planningTalent acquisitionEmployee developmentPerformance managementSuccession planningCompensation and recognitionCoach managers and senior leaders while assessing and delivering necessary management trainingAnalyze HR metrics and employee experience data to recommend improvementsLead performance review processes, focusing on management and talent developmentManage compensation processes including:Salary planningCompensation adjustmentsPromotionsJob level reviewsAddress employee relations issues while ensuring fair representationDesign and implement employee engagement initiatives in partnerBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceExperience supporting large-scale operations with multiple business unitsExperience in implementing standardized HR processes across multiple business unitsTrack record of leading organizational transformation initiativesExperience managing teams and leading through influence in matrix organizationsFluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)Preferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience with Amazon's PXT organization or similar large-scale tech companyInternational experience in HR leadership rolesKnowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulationsExperience in high-growth markets and rapid expansion environmentsProven ability to drive change management initiatives in complex organizationsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience with HR technology implementation and optimizationDemonstrated success in developing and implementing HR policies and programsStrong data analysis and interpretation skills for HR metrics and workforce planningExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to influence and collaborate with senior leadershipExperience in talent management and succession planningKnowledge of lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologiesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
