At BairesDev, we've been leading the way in technology projects for over 15 years.We deliver cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.Our diverse 4,000+ team, composed of the world's Top 1% of tech talent, works remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.When you apply for this position, you're taking the first step in a process that goes beyond the ordinary.We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team and manage medium to large Staff Augmentation projects.As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams to deliver specific products or transformations, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.What You'll Do:- Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline to employees as needed.- Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain project quality and consistency.- Retain staff by fostering a reliable and communicative work environment, developing personal interaction with team members, and identifying growth opportunities.- Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.- Achieve financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.- Take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities within existing clients and delivering value to all internal and external stakeholders.- Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by supporting and delivering strategic plans for implementing technologies.Here's what we are looking for:- 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.- Extensive experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.- Good English level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and clients.- Past experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive#J-18808-Ljbffr
