What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure survey data accuracy and completeness
  • Perform topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys
  • Post-process survey data and produce deliverables using CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble TBC preferred)
  • Prepare and review survey plans, legal descriptions, exhibits, and related documents
  • Coordinate and schedule work with engineers, project managers, and field crews
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License in West Virginia or Pennsylvania (with ability to obtain reciprocity)
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience with land or construction surveying
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Strong math, cartography, and data analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
