RoleBusiness Data Analyst Remote – BrazilContractContractRequiredCombination of IT and business experiences.Business focus areas include Supply Chain.DescriptionWork directly with the product managers & product owners for Business Requirements Gathering & documentationBe part of Agile Product DeliveryGood to have Power BI, Snowflake, SAP ERP and SAP HANA, SQL knowledgeLeverage reporting Tools for Analysis like Office, Power BI etcDevelop roadmaps to drive the company forwardAct as a liaison across all areas such as business units, information technology, and outside customers by investigating relevant information and creating recommendationsContinuously refine Product Backlog Items together with the Scrum Team and other subject matter experts to ensure the team understands those items to the level needed for them to estimate and plan to work during sprint planningEstablished background in launching software / solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams.High degree of proficiency in wireframes, prototyping, iterative development, understanding of agile principles.Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product.Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of highly innovative products, including a wide variety of mechanisms (e.g., digital core, dashboards, APIs, cloud, e-commerce, real-time alerts, artificial intelligence)Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levelsSharp analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritization and time management skillsUnderstanding of cloud data lakes and data warehouse systems (systems and data)Familiarity with MS Power BI for Business reporting and Self-servicePrior experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company, preferably in the Supply Chain domainsKnowledge of the CPG market, industry trends, and customer needs to help inform the product vision and roadmap.Experience creating automated data quality management rules#J-*****-Ljbffr
