We are looking for aBilingual Account Coordinatorto support our operations and act as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling complex situations in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and managecustomer scheduling and appointments.Communicate directly withsales teamsto confirm whether appliances will fit and meet installation requirements.Handleescalated customers and complex service issues, providing clear communication and effective solutions.Act as aproblem solver, identifying issues quickly and driving them to resolution.Manage day-to-day operational needs related to a major retail account.Ensure accuracy, follow-ups, and high service standards across all interactions.Support additional administrative demands as needed.RequirementsFluent English (mandatory)– daily communication in English is required.Strongproblem-solving skillsand ability to manage pressure.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities.Work ModelRemote – PJ model.Full-time role aligned withCalifornia working hours.
