Location: Remote – Brazil Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm California Time (PST/PDT) MasterPro Installs is a California-based company specialized in appliance installations , working with a large U.S. appliance retailer . We are looking for a Bilingual Account Coordinator to support our operations and act as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling complex situations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage customer scheduling and appointments . Communicate directly with sales teams to confirm whether appliances will fit and meet installation requirements. Handle escalated customers and complex service issues , providing clear communication and effective solutions. Act as a problem solver , identifying issues quickly and driving them to resolution. Manage day-to-day operational needs related to a major retail account. Ensure accuracy, follow-ups, and high service standards across all interactions. Support additional administrative demands as needed. Requirements Fluent English (mandatory) – daily communication in English is required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage pressure. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities. Work Model Remote – PJ model . Full-time role aligned with California working hours .
