Join to apply for the Service Analyst role at Lenovo.The SMO (Services Management Office) Service Analyst will support the Service Delivery Manager in delivering efficient service to Lenovo Device as a Service (DaaS) / Managed Services customers.We are seeking candidates with experience in the following disciplines:Order ManagementProcessing orders for new devices and re-deploying existing devicesSupporting the device forecasting processManaging the Order to Install processOverseeing configuration of Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet devicesMonitoring and managing inventory levelsUtilizing Order Management toolsAccount ManagementManaging the service lifecycle of deployed devicesCreating customer invoicesAdministering Purchase OrdersService Management & Productivity ImprovementExperience in an Account Operations environmentManaging incidents and requests from clientsFacilitating resolutions to technical escalationsPreparing documentation to track and report SLA performanceSupporting initiatives to improve client service deliveryBuilding strong relationships with partners & suppliersClient ExperienceInteracting with clientsResponding to queries related to their contractsMonitoring issues within their environmentMaximizing client satisfactionPosition Requirements1-2 years of project coordination experience, preferably in a services environmentFluent in EnglishExperience with ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow)Skilled in Excel and reportingPersistent, detail-oriented, capable of multitaskingOpen to learning and implementing changeThis role is open for offices in São Paulo and Monterrey, Mexico.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAdministrative and Project ManagementIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lenovo by 2x.Set up job alerts for "Service Analyst" roles.
