SAP Data Assurance ManagerUnlock your career potential with limitless opportunities for growth and development.This role offers a chance to lead end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycles, ensuring technical data preparation, conversion, execution, defect management, and reporting.You'll collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Coordinate and manage data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.Provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members, promoting adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.Track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management roleStrong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration pointsExperience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferredProficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiPREFERRED SKILLS:Experience with data conversion tools and frameworksFamiliarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologiesKnowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiWe offer:Professional development and constant evolution of your skillsOpportunities to work outside BrazilA collaborative, diverse, and innovative environment that encourages teamworkAt our company, we promote an inclusive culture, valuing individuality and equity.We strive to create a workplace that respects diversity and promotes social responsibility.
