* Perform calculation, validation, and reconciliation of indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS on sales); * As a differential, support the calculation and review of direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL);* Prepare, review, and submit tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, GIA, DCTF, PER/DCOMP, among others); * Conduct tax reconciliations and data cross-checks to ensure accuracy and compliance; * Perform internal tax audits of documents and transactions; * Monitor tax legislation updates and apply required changes in processes; * Support monthly and annual tax/accounting closings with precise data and analysis; * Prepare reports and documentation for inspections, internal and external audits; * Participate in process improvement and tax automation projects.Work model - hybridBenefits: Care Plus Medical and Dental Insurance with no co-payment, Meal and Food Vouchers totaling R$1.500, bonus of up to 2 salaries, Private Pension, Wellhub, LinkedIn Learning, and more.
* Strong expertise in indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS on sales); * Knowledge and practical experience in direct taxes (IRPJ, CSLL);* Solid knowledge of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, DCTF, GIA, PER/DCOMP);* Ability to reconcile tax data and analyze discrepancies; * Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred);* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;* Hands-on execution skills, with focus on operational excellence;* Languages: Intermediate English required (for group reporting and communication).
The Senior Tax Analyst acts in a highly practical and analytical manner, ensuring accurate tax compliance, calculations, and reporting.
This role is hands-on, with direct responsibility for the execution of tax routines, focusing mainly on indirect taxes, while also supporting direct tax activities.
The position requires strong technical expertise, operational accuracy, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
