Data Analyst Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Performance Marketing group.This role will focus on building impactful datasets using 1st and 3rd party platforms to drive business growth.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills working with data technologies and ability to understand the business impact of data.Support paid marketing initiatives as a specialist in data-driven decision makingAnalyze marketing event data to propose platform improvements and enhance data management capabilitiesBuild data-sharing pipelines and integrations using SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and HiveIdentify and optimize data sources while auditing data quality to improve campaign performance metricsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing tech, data analytics, technical solutions or related fieldsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or similar technical disciplinesStrong quantitative skills and proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python, Hive, Spark etc.
