Position Overview:Huntz is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to lead the commercial expansion of client's nearshore software engineering services , with a primary focus on the United States market .This is a strategic, senior-level role that requires solid prior experience in selling complex technology services. The selected professional will work directly with the founders , actively contributing to go-to-market strategy, prospecting channels, and enterprise deal closures.This position is not designed for learning or training . Immediate impact is expected. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the sales strategy focused on the U. S. enterprise market.Prospect and qualify enterprise clients through direct outreach (cold and warm).Lead consultative sales processes for nearshore staff augmentation / body shop services.Understand client business needs and structure tailored commercial proposals.Collaborate closely with founders on commercial priorities and strategic accounts.Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract execution.Build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders throughout the decision process. Commercial Offering Scope:Nearshore allocation of Brazilian software engineers for international clients.Profiles sold: Software Developers, Tech Leads, Staffing Engineering Primary technology stacks:Ruby (core stack)PythonNode.js Mandatory Requirements:Proven experience selling technology services to enterprise clients .Consistent, hands-on experience selling into the U. S. market , engaging directly with decision-makers.Solid understanding of nearshore, outsourcing, or staff augmentation models .Strong capability to conduct strategic, consultative sales .High level of autonomy to structure and execute sales approaches independently.Fluent English for commercial negotiations. Ideal Profile:Results-driven professional with a consultative, relationship-oriented mindset.Ability to influence executive-level decisions.Clear, structured, and professional communication style.Comfortable operating in fast-moving, founder-led environments. Non-Fit Profiles:Volume-driven or purely transactional sales professionals.Candidates without prior experience selling to the U. S. market.Profiles requiring extensive training, onboarding, or highly rigid sales processes.
