Sr.Technical Customer Success Analyst plays a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and retention.This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and customer-focused mindset to deliver high-quality solutions to critical support issues.The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of customer support experience with a strong understanding of support operations and troubleshooting methodologies.The following key responsibilities include:Answering incoming telephone calls and opening cases in SalesforceTroubleshooting customer-reported issues and providing timely solutionsEscalating or re-routing cases to appropriate Tier 2 or Tier 3 teamsAllocating resources and systems for efficient issue resolutionTechnical Troubleshooting Responsibilities:Using Chrome Developer Tools to analyze web applications and debug front-end issuesPerforming API testing and validation using Postman or cURLConducting IIS and SSL diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues on Windows Application Servers
