The Service Admin and Sales Support is responsible for managing all Brazil's Service Contracts.
This position maintains a pivotal role in monitoring contracts, and ensuring all regulatory checks are followed.
This position is part of the Customer Care department, will be located at São Paulo/SP (working remotely), and will report to the Brazil Senior Regional Service Manager.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Own contract management and compliance
- Ensure that contracts, deadlines, contract terms and conditions comply with Cepheid's policies and regulations while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Gathering requirements for new contracts and getting signatures on finalized contracts
- Work closely with Service Sales Specialists and customers on new or existing contracts.
Review and share redline with all parties involved
- Process purchase orders for service contracts activities, which relate to service calls and preventative maintenance events, service contract quotations, setup bill plans, review documentation and process invoices to ensure entitlement does not lapse due to processing
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced Customer Service, Field Service Support or Sales Admin role in the Medical Device industry, or high volume-manufacturing environment.
- Language Skills: Portuguese Fluency (written & spoken) and Intermediate English and Spanish (written & spoken) required.
**It would be a plus if you also possess**:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience within ERP / CRM systems (SAP, SalesForce)
